About Us
Global Processor, Inc. is a specialized AI advisory and implementation firm serving healthcare payers and providers. We help regulated healthcare enterprises cut through the noise of an increasingly crowded AI market to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.
Founded by enterprise software and healthcare industry veterans with experience spanning SAP, Teradata, and decades of payer-side consulting, Global Processor brings a rare combination of deep domain expertise and current AI implementation knowledge to every engagement.
We work at the intersection of three forces reshaping healthcare today — accelerating AI adoption, tightening CMS regulations, and relentless margin pressure on payers and providers. Our clients don’t need another vendor selling them technology. They need a trusted advisor who understands their world and helps them make smarter decisions.
Our services span three focused practice areas:
- Healthcare AI Strategy & Advisory
- Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
- Healthcare Systems Integration & AI Enablement

Rama Radhakrishnan
Rama Radhakrishnan founded Global Processor after a career spanning three decades at the intersection of enterprise technology and business applications across several industries including Healthcare.
As a former Chief Information Officer and senior leader at organizations including SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, Teradata, and Coopers & Lybrand, Rama spent over two decades helping large enterprises — including major healthcare payers and financial services firms — navigate complex technology transformations. He managed relationships with more than 150 strategic customers across global markets, giving him an unusually clear view of where technology investments succeed and where they fail.
That experience revealed a consistent gap — healthcare payers and providers had access to sophisticated technology but lacked trusted advisors who understood both the clinical and business realities of their world well enough to guide implementation decisions that actually stuck. Global Processor was built to fill that gap. Rama is supported by a seasoned Advisory Board of healthcare, technology, and business professionals whose collective experience spans regulatory compliance to AI implementation.
